| The high pressure
suspension grinder is to grind the following
non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with
the hardness below scale 9.3 of Moh's and the
moisture content below 6%, such as quartzite,
feldspar, calcite, talcum, barite, fluorite, rare-earth,
marble, potter's clay, bauxite, manganese-ore,
iron-ore, copper-ore, phosphate-ore, ferric-oxide(red),
slag, limestone, ferric-oxide(yellow),bean-coal,
etc. The production is higher than other grinders
by 20-30% under the same power condition. The
pressure from roller to stuff is raised 800-1200
kilograms under the function of pressure spring.
All mining stuff below scale 9.3 of Moh's hardness
can be grinded and processed. The fineness of
product ranges widely from 0.013mm (1000 meshes)
to 0.613mm (30 meshes). And it is 0.033mm (425
meshes).
After crushing, large size is sent to the hopper
by elevator and then to the grinding cavity continually
and uniformly by vibrating feeder. It is shoveled
into the space between the roller and the ring.
The blower brings the air from the base to the
cavity and the crushed stuff to the separator.
Large size stuff falls back to the cyclone collector
with the air; it comes out from the discharge
opening and becomes the final product. The circulation
wind returns to the blower to repeat the above
process.Because the ground stuff contains certain
water, it will generate heat resulting in the
water evaporates. And the outside air will be
drunk in because of unclose join of each rope.
Both lead to the addition of the circulation wind.
To guarantee the grinder's working status, the
additional wind rope between the blower and mainframe.
Then it goes to the air.
